As I tell all my couples, this example flow is just that, an example! I want each of our couples to use the space in a way that suits them perfectly. I have seen that going through our "typical flow" is a great way to provide a visual so our couples can actually imagine their wedding there. I also schedule 3 planning sessions with my couples, which allows for on-site visits, and provides more security and comfort in knowing that the day-of will go just as they planned. We walk through the flow, any obstacles with vendors, plan tables, and answer any questions!

As I tell all my couples when they they tour, I don't love talking about "what if it rains," but at least we know we have a plan that works successfully, just in case.
