WILL EVENTÂ INSURANCE BEÂ REQUIRED?
Yes, event insurance is required to protect you and the venue. A $1million policy typically runs ~$121. For more information, go to www.eventsured.com
DO YOU ALLOW ANY CATERER OR JUST YOURÂ PREFFERED?
Yes! You can use any caterer you prefer! We also have a list of caterers we work with that we can recommend!
WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL PRICING?
Due to local and state regulations - all alcohol consumed must be purchased and distributed by The Burch. You can choose from any of the below alcohol packages:

Beer/Seltzer - $8 per drinker + tax

Beer, Seltzer, & Wine - $10 per drinker + tax

Beer, Seltzer, Wine, 1 Cocktail - $13 per drinker + tax

Custom Package
With our pay-per-person plans, we ensure all the drinks you select are available throughout your event. Therefore, we do not have any "remaining" alcohol for you to take at the conclusion of the event.
HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THE VENUE?
We ask for a $500 down payment to hold the date along with a signed contract. The $500 down payment goes toward your total balance.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Absolutely! We are happy to break up your balance into smaller payments.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?
We can comfortably accommodate ~130 guests.
WHEN CAN WE ACCESS THE VENUE FOR OUR EVENT?
YOU'RE AN OUTDOOR VENUE - WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
While we know that is not the most ideal circumstance, we have successfully held ceremonies in our indoor space! We also have a connection with a great tent company if you'd still like to have the ceremony outside!
Wedding Day - 8am-11pm
Full Decorating Day - 10am-7pm
Half Decorating Day - 5 hour time slot
