WILL EVENT INSURANCE BE REQUIRED?

Yes, event insurance is required to protect you and the venue.  A $1million policy typically runs ~$100.

DO ALL EVENTS REQUIRE SECURITY?

Security is optional - but highly recommended!  They help with the flow of traffic and provide safety for events with alcohol.

CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?

Absolutely! We specialize in boutique weddings, and we will do everything we can to make your day perfect!

DO YOU ALLOW ANY CATERER OR JUST YOUR PREFFERED?

We currently allow any professional caterer of your own choice as long as they are licensed and Serve Safe Certified.

DOES YOUR VENUE ALLOW ALCOHOL?

Due to local and state regulations - all alcohol consumed must be purchased and distributed by The Burch.  Typical alcohol costs can range anywhere from $8-15 per person - depending on quality, quantity and types of alcohol.  We are able to serve beer, wine, and your favorite cocktails!
