DO YOU ALLOW ANY CATERER OR JUST YOURÂ PREFFERED?
We currently allow any professional caterer of your own choice as long as they are licensed and Serve Safe Certified.
WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL PRICING?
Due to local and state regulations - all alcohol consumed must be purchased and distributed by The Burch. You can choose from any of the below alcohol packages:

Beer/Seltzer - $8 per drinker + tax

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?
We can comfortably accommodate ~130 guests.
HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THE VENUE?
We ask for a $500 down payment to hold the date along with a signed contract. The $500 down payment goes toward your total balance.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Absolutely! We are happy to break up your balance into smaller payments.
YOU'RE AN OUTDOOR VENUE - WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
While we know that is not the most ideal circumstance, we have successfully held ceremonies in our indoor space!
